JottoGo Platform Partner Overview

How JottoGo connects with booking management platforms to help hosts create personalized welcome letters.

1. About JottoGo

JottoGo helps short-stay hosts deliver personalized welcome letters for every booking. Hosts connect the property management platform they already use, import their listings, and JottoGo turns booking details and information the guest has already shared into a thoughtful arrival experience — sent to email-to-print printers or email inboxes, automatically on a schedule or manually through the Crew Portal.

JottoGo is designed to complement property management systems, not replace them. We do not take bookings, manage calendars, or compete for the host relationship. Our focus is a single high-impact moment: the guest’s arrival.

Partners typically integrate as a booking management platform — the system hosts use to manage listings, reservations, and guest communication across channels.

2. Why partner with JottoGo?

JottoGo gives your customers a premium guest arrival experience without replacing your platform. By focusing on the arrival moment rather than reservation management, JottoGo extends the value of your ecosystem and keeps hosts on your platform as their operational hub.

3. How the integration works

Each integration follows the same host-facing journey so your customers can go live quickly:

  • Connect — the host authorizes JottoGo through your platform’s supported connection method.
  • Import — the host selects rentable units to link; each becomes a JottoGo property.
  • Sync — reservations and relevant guest fields stay up to date through your APIs and optional event notifications.
  • Personalize — JottoGo uses booking details and information the guest has already shared to help personalize each welcome letter.
  • Deliver — on check-in day, JottoGo generates the letter and sends it to the host’s chosen destinations.

4. Data we use

JottoGo collects only what is needed to import listings, sync stays, and personalize welcome letters. Typical categories include:

  • Listing and property identifiers, display names, and location context the host chooses to import.
  • Reservation dates, guest counts, and guest names where your platform provides them.
  • Guest messages and booking information that already exist within your platform, where the host has authorized access, used to personalize letters.
  • Host-authored welcome letter settings and delivery preferences inside JottoGo.

5. Privacy and security posture

JottoGo is built for hosts who trust us with guest information. We treat platform credentials and guest information carefully:

  • All traffic uses HTTPS.
  • Platform connection credentials are encrypted at rest.
  • Inbound partner events are authenticated and verified before processing.
  • Duplicate event deliveries are handled safely without double-processing stays.
  • Host data access is scoped to the signed-in account; operational jobs use restricted server access.
  • No ad tracking, no selling guest data, and no third-party analytics on guest letter content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Data retention

Guest personally identifiable information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to generate and deliver the welcome letter.

  • During the stay — guest names, message context, dietary preferences, celebration notes, and similar fields support personalization and delivery.
  • After checkout — guest details are cleared soon after checkout. Non-identifying booking history needed for delivery records may be retained in anonymized form.
  • Account deletion — when a host deletes their JottoGo account, associated data is permanently removed.
  • Disconnect — revoking a platform connection stops new data from flowing in; existing rows follow the checkout retention approach above.
