Toolbox

The other half of the job.

Your Arrivals Pack takes care of the guest. Toolbox takes care of the property: the guide that stays on the shelf, the pantry, your cleaner’s invoice, the documents you need twice a year, and the thing that broke on Tuesday.

The same product, pointed at a different set of problems. Printed, because that is where the work happens.

Free for everyone through 31 October 2026

Five documents, one pack.

You do not pick between these. They come together, and each one works on its own, so you can use one this week and another next month without setting up anything you do not need.

The tools are opening in stages. You can use whichever ones are ready without buying them separately, and the rest arrive as they land.

  1. Side Guide

Not everyone reads a digital guide. Side Guide is the printed backup that stays in the property.

  2. ShoppoGo

An inventory light enough that people actually keep it up to date. A pantry can span several properties.

  3. Crew IOU

The simplest way for a cleaner to produce a proper invoice for their work.

  4. BookoGo

Host and guest invoices that look good. Rarely needed, but when they are needed they have to look right.

  5. Snag Flag

Someone spots a snag at the property and flags it. It stays tracked until it is resolved.

Between guests

The part no guest ever sees.

The last car has gone and the next arrival is tomorrow. For a few hours the property belongs to whoever is cleaning it, and anything that needs doing has to be noticed by them.

  1. They check the guide is still on the table

The last guest may have taken a page, or spilled something on it. Side Guide reprints from the portal, so the next guest still finds a guide in the property rather than a gap where one used to be.

  2. They open the cupboard

Coffee is down to one sachet and there is no dishwasher salt. They log it in ShoppoGo as they go, which is the only way an inventory ever stays true. One pantry can cover several properties.

  3. They find the torn window screen

They flag a snag from the room they are standing in: which room, a photo, and a line about what they found. It reaches you and stays on your list, open, then in hand, then resolved.

  4. They finish, and get paid for it

Crew IOU turns the work they just did into a proper invoice, without anyone having to remember hours or rates at the end of the month.

  5. And weeks later, at your desk

A guest asks for a receipt, or an accountant asks for the year. BookoGo makes the document, and it looks like it came from a business rather than a spreadsheet.

None of this happens while a guest is watching, which is why it is so easy to let it slide.

Free for now, on purpose

Free for everyone through 31 October 2026.

Toolbox is an early release. There will be rough edges, and you should not be paying while you help us find them.

After that, this is what it costs.

  • $1.50 per booking, capped at $7.50 per property each month.
  • The first 3 bookings on each property are included.
  • No monthly fee, so a quiet month costs nothing.

Plus applicable tax.

That is the price, not a starting price.

Two packs. One account.

They are priced separately, so you can take one, the other, or both.

The guest side
