Three documents, one price per booking.
Guest Jotto
The personalized welcome letter your guests actually read: wifi, door codes and checkout on one page. We call them Jottos.
Doggo Jotto
A printed pet welcome, with the house rules and local information you provide, waiting at the property when applicable.
Crew To Do
A printed, booking-specific prep checklist for your crew, with a link to Crew Portal when enabled.
How billing works
Three moments. That’s the whole system.

A booking becomes billable
When its first Jotto is sent or downloaded. Edit and reprint as often as you like. The same booking is never charged twice.
- 2
It lands on the right month
Charges sit on the invoice for the month the guest arrives. If you prepare a Jotto early, it still lands on the month of the stay, so your invoice always matches your calendar.
- 3
One invoice a month
On per-booking pricing, your invoice is issued at the start of the following month for arrivals from the month before (per-property plans bill monthly or annually upfront). Tax is calculated from your billing country and business status, and itemised on the invoice.

- Free allowance
- Each property's first 3 live delivered bookings are included. Per PMS property: draft previews do not use the allowance and re-importing does not reset it.
- Rate
- USD 3.00 per booking, plus applicable tax. Charged once per booking, when the first Jotto is sent or downloaded.
- Monthly cap
- We’ll never charge more than USD 15.00 per property each month, plus applicable tax.
- Per-property plans
- Prefer predictable flat pricing? Choose USD 10.00 per property each month (save up to 33% vs the monthly booking cap, billed monthly) or USD 7.50 per property each month (USD 90.00/yr per property billed annually upfront, save up to 50% vs the monthly booking cap), plus applicable tax. Annual slots are transferable between properties.
- Busy properties
- Once a property reaches its cap for the month, every further booking there is free, so the busier a place gets, the less each booking costs you.
- Invoice date
- We invoice at the start of the following month, for bookings that arrived the month before.
- Tax
- Business prices exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated automatically from your billing country and business status, and shown on your monthly invoice.
- Quiet months
- On per-booking pricing, a property with no bookings is never charged: no base fee, no minimum, and no monthly fee.
- Pausing
- Turn off scheduled delivery in Dashboard → Delivery and nothing sends automatically, so nothing new is charged, though a Jotto issued by hand from the crew portal is still billable. Turn it back on whenever you like; your properties, Jottos and settings stay exactly as they were. Delivery also pauses on its own if an invoice goes unpaid, and resumes once your account is current.
- Closing your account
- On per-booking pricing there is no subscription to cancel: you are only ever billed for bookings whose Jotto actually sent (per-property monthly plans can be switched or cancelled anytime in Billing). To close your account, settle anything outstanding first, then delete it from Dashboard → Account.
