The full version gives you much more control, including your own branding, customized wording, a choice of fonts, breakfast options, delivery scheduling, and many other ways to personalize the experience for your guests.

What you see here is just the beginning.

Do I have to enter guest details every time?

No.

This page is simply a demonstration.

Once connected to your property management system, JottoGo automatically uses your reservation details to personalize each Guest Jotto with information such as the guest’s name, arrival dates, celebrations and pet details.

There’s nothing to type for each reservation.

What if I don’t know much about my guest?

That’s perfectly normal.

Every Guest Jotto is personalized as much—or as little—as the reservation allows.

If you only know the guest’s name, they’ll still receive a warm, personalized welcome letter. If you know they’re celebrating a birthday or traveling with a dog, JottoGo can make those thoughtful moments part of the experience too.

How do the welcome letters get to the property?

Accepted Answer

You have several options.

• Many hosts fully automate printing using an email-to-print printer.
• Others prefer to review each Guest Jotto by email before printing.
• You can also issue Guest Jottos manually through the Crew Portal, making it easy for cleaners and co-hosts to print the correct welcome letter for each arrival.

Can I customize the welcome letter?

Absolutely.

Upload your own logo, choose your sign-off, personalize your welcome message, add your Wi-Fi details, recommendations and property information.

The result feels like it came from you—not from software.

Do I need to create an account to try this?

Accepted Answer

No.

We wanted hosts to experience a personalized Guest Jotto before asking them to sign up.

If you like what you see, your first three bookings are free whenever you’re ready — no card needed.

What happens to the information I enter here?

Accepted Answer

Your example is generated for you to review.

We don’t use the guest names or property details you enter here for marketing, and we don’t share them with anyone else.

If you create an account straight afterwards, the details you typed here come with you, so you don’t have to enter them again.

The parts we filled in to finish the example — the wifi, the web address, the guide links — are not carried across. Those are yours to set properly.

This page exists purely to let you experience how JottoGo works before signing up.
