The full version gives you much more control, including your own branding, customized wording, a choice of fonts, breakfast options, delivery scheduling, and many other ways to personalize the experience for your guests.

This page is simply a demonstration.
Once connected to your property management system, JottoGo automatically uses your reservation details to personalize each Guest Jotto with information such as the guest’s name, arrival dates, celebrations and pet details.
There’s nothing to type for each reservation.
That’s perfectly normal.
Every Guest Jotto is personalized as much—or as little—as the reservation allows.
If you only know the guest’s name, they’ll still receive a warm, personalized welcome letter. If you know they’re celebrating a birthday or traveling with a dog, JottoGo can make those thoughtful moments part of the experience too.
You have several options.
- Many hosts fully automate printing using an email-to-print printer.
- Others prefer to review each Guest Jotto by email before printing.
- You can also issue Guest Jottos manually through the Crew Portal, making it easy for cleaners and co-hosts to print the correct welcome letter for each arrival.

If you create an account straight afterwards, the details you typed here come with you, so you don’t have to enter them again.
The parts we filled in to finish the example — the wifi, the web address, the guide links — are not carried across. Those are yours to set properly.
