Beds24 + JottoGo

Connecting Beds24 · About 5 minutes for your first property

  1. Select Add property

    Start a free trial if you are new — no credit card required.

    On your dashboard, tap + Add property in the Properties section. (Alternatively: Dashboard → Account → Booking platforms.)

  2. Choose Beds24

    In the Add property sheet, select Beds24 from the platform list.

  3. Sign in to Beds24

    Open Beds24 in a new tab in this browser, then switch back here once you are signed in.

  4. Click Generate invite code

    Click Open Beds24 API page in JottoGo (or open Beds24 and go to Settings → Marketplace → API).

  5. Generate the code

    In the READ column only, tick:

    • bookings
    • bookings-personal
    • properties

    Name the token JottoGo, then click Generate invite code.

    Have linked accounts? Under Select which properties this token can access, choose All owned or linked to account.

  6. Copy the code

    Copy your invite code from the Invite Codes section near the top of the Beds24 API page.

  7. Paste the code in JottoGo

    Paste your invite code below, then tap Connect.

  8. Configure booking updates in Beds24

    Copy the booking update URL from JottoGo — the same URL for every property.

    • Click Access under Properties.
    • Select your property and set Webhook Version to 2 - with personal data.
    • Paste the URL and click Save.

    Repeat for each property you want in JottoGo.

  9. Ready to import

    These properties are ready to import and will be added to your account.

    JottoGo checks Beds24 for each property with your booking update URL saved and Webhook Version set correctly. Properties show Ready when they can be imported.

  10. Complete Quick Setup

    Whenever you import a property, JottoGo opens Quick Setup — a guided wizard that helps you personalize your Guest Jotto. You’ll confirm your property’s location, personalize your greeting, add your Guest Support details, customize your sign-off, enter your Wi-Fi information, choose your Delivery Schedule, and more. Simply tap Continue through each step. In just a couple of minutes, a personalized Guest Jotto will be ready to welcome your next guests.

  11. Congratulations — check your email

    When setup finishes, JottoGo emails you a sample Guest Jotto PDF. Your automation schedule appears on the confirmation screen — you and your crew (if set up) will receive Jottos automatically for each upcoming booking.

What happens after setup?

After Quick Setup is complete, JottoGo quietly takes care of the rest.

Each new booking is automatically imported from Beds24, personalized using your guest’s reservation details and message history, then delivered according to your chosen schedule.

You’re ready to go from day one. As you become familiar with JottoGo, you can continue refining your Guest Jotto with your own branding, connect a printer for automatic printing, personalize Doggo Jotto for four-legged guests, and tailor Crew To Do—your printable prep checklist with guest-specific reminders and your own property tasks—to suit the way your team works.

JottoGo uses booking details and guest messages only to personalize welcome letters. Guest information is retained for the duration of the stay and automatically removed at 11:59 PM on checkout day in the property's timezone — long enough to personalize and deliver, but not kept as a permanent guest database.

Can I customize my welcome letter?

Yes. Quick Setup gets you started in minutes, then you can continue refining your Guest Jotto over time with your own branding, welcome, Wi-Fi details, QR codes and other thoughtful touches.

Why are Guest Jottos personalized?

JottoGo looks for details your guests have already shared — such as celebrations, traveling companions, dietary preferences, and pets — to create a welcome that feels thoughtful and builds goodwill from the moment they arrive.

How does JottoGo help improve the guest experience?

Do direct bookings work?

Yes. Any confirmed booking imported through Beds24 can generate a Guest Jotto. Personalization improves as guests share more information through Beds24 messages.

Do cleaners receive Jottos?

Yes. Invite your cleaners or co-hosts to your Crew Portal so they can preview and print Guest Jottos. On Pro, you can also include Crew To Do — a printable preparation checklist with guest-specific reminders and your own property tasks.

Can I print automatically?

Yes. Add an email-to-print address to your Automation and JottoGo can send each Guest Jotto to your property printer on the schedule you choose.

What can I do on the free plan?

Starter lets you build Guest Jottos, preview PDFs, send test emails, and use basic manual delivery. Automatic scheduled delivery is included on Essential and Pro.

What if I manage multiple properties?

JottoGo imports each Beds24 property separately, including combined and lock-off listings. You can customize each Guest Jotto so it matches the personality and practical details of that property.

Can I disable Automations?

Yes. Pause or edit any Automation schedule from your dashboard without disconnecting your booking platform.
