The standard allowance is three. Accounts arriving from Guesty receive six on the Arrivals Pack and six on Toolbox. They do not expire.
Toolbox is an early release, bugs are expected and people should not pay while they help us find them. It is free for everyone through 31 October 2026, so none of its six bookings are used during early access. They begin only after you explicitly activate paid Toolbox for a property.

JottoGo reads from Guesty but does not edit listings, bookings, prices, availability or Guesty messages.

One booking can prepare the welcome and the handover
Guest Jotto is a personal printed welcome letter. Doggo Jotto joins it only when a dog is on the booking. Crew To Do gives the people preparing the property a checklist that is specific to that arrival.
When a guest writes to you in German, their Guest Jotto can print in German.

JottoGo does not run your guest messaging. A guest-facing workflow is in development. When released, anything it sends will go through your own booking platform, on your existing thread, in your name.
Guest data has a short job
Guest data is purged automatically on checkout day. It is never sold, never used to train public AI models and never built into advertising audiences.
