What gets automated

Once connected, JottoGo reads guest and stay details from Hospitable, uses property settings you configure once (logo, tone, WiFi, QR links, breakfast sections), and drafts a personalized Jotto for each arrival.

You can review Jottos in your inbox before they print, send them automatically to an email-to-print address, or both. Cleaners get a crew portal link with the same prep details so everyone sees one source of truth.

Create your JottoGo account and add a property — or connect Hospitable first to import listings. Configure branding, QR codes, and tone in the Guest Jotto builder, then send yourself a test PDF.

When you are ready for live stays, connect Hospitable from the integrations page. Map listings to properties, set your delivery schedule, and add printer or review email addresses.

Hosts in the private beta get hands-on onboarding feedback. Everyone else can explore the builder with a test property before connecting a live integration.

Privacy and guest messages

JottoGo uses guest messages only to personalize the Jotto, then discards them. There is no ad tracking on jottogo.com, no selling guest data, and no training public AI models on your inbox.
